Our History
IPM was incorporated in 1987 as a subsidiary of Bonvests Holdings Limited, a SGX Main Board listed company. It aimed to serve the growing needs of the real estate industry in Singapore. Under an internal restructuring exercise in March 1999, IPM became a fully-owned subsidiary of Colex Holdings Limited when it acquired the entire issued and paid-up share capital of IPM from Bonvests. Colex was subsequently listed on SGX Catalist (formerly Sesdaq) in April 1999.
Awards and Recognitions
IPM is awarded Clean Mark (Silver) by NEA under its enhanced Clean Mark accreditation scheme. The scheme recognizes companies that deliver high standards of cleaning through the training of workers, use of equipment to improve work processes, and fair employment practices which include the adoption of Progressive Wage Model (PWM) for the cleaning industry.
